This annual benefit dinner and auction is the largest fundraiser the school hosts every year with the assistance of the Board and the local community. The Board puts a lot of effort and energy into this one event to keep the fundraising down throughout the rest of the school year. It is a fun and relaxing night for the BCNS parents and whomever would like to come enjoy a night out and helping our school. The night includes games, silent auction, live auction and many more events. 2020’s event was cancelled due to the virus, so it’s our hope we can party twice as hard this coming year!

Event Info

This year the evening will begin with passed appetizers, followed by a buffet dinner, and dessert. Table wine will be provided and there will be a no host bar available.


Don’t forget to send in your RSVP card. These are usually mailed out in March. The deadline is May 1st. The event is right around the corner. Come join us for a fun evening out!

Dine & Donate

During several months of the school year, the Board tries to schedule a Dine & Donate dinner at one of Santa Rosa’s fine establishments. Usually 10-15% of the bill will be donated back to the school. Below are the planned Dine & Donate nights scheduled so far this year. Please click on the link and print out the flyer so you can show it to the establishment when paying your bill. This will make sure we get the credit.
