Students are admitted to BCNS on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability. Priority enrollment consideration is given to: re-enrolling students and siblings who meet all admissions qualifications.

Fall 2026 Important Dates:

January 26-30: Class Preference Forms & Re-Enrollment Forms will be sent out via email to our waitlisted and returning families

February 20: Class Preference Forms Due

March 7: Open House; families on our enrollment list will receive details via email

March 27: Deadline to secure class placement with deposit

1. Call to Join the Waitlist for Fall 2026 on or after April 1st, 2025 Call or email our office to add your child to the waitlist!
2. Confirmation: Late January 2026; We will contact you via email confirming your interest and send a class preference form to be returned to us. You will also be invited to our Open House in February.
3. Attend our Open House: March 7 2026: Join us at Open House (waitlist families will receive details via email along with class preference form). Class lists will be posted at Open House. We do our best to accommodate families first or second choice of schedule. If for some reason we are unable to do so, we will give you a call before Open House letting you know.  If accepting a spot in our program at Open House, your Enrollment Fee ($125 non-refundable) and one half month’s tuition is due.
4. Enrollment Fee: Due March 27 2026 to secure your child’s class placement.
5. Enrollment Forms: Due August 1st. Upon notification of your acceptance, complete and return all enrollment forms by August 1st or one week prior to the first summer school session your child is attending. Your child may NOT attend the first day of school unless we have received all forms back due to State law. If you decide to withdraw your enrollment, the one half-month tuition is refundable until July 15th.
6. Early/After Care Program.  Early/After Care Program information will be given at Open House. The early/after care program is a first come first served basis. If your family will be using early/after care we advise that you turn in the contact form at your earliest convenience to ensure a spot.
7. Orientation Day. August 18 & 19 2026. At Orientation you will get another opportunity to visit our school and tour the facilities as well as hear directly from our Director, Teachers and Board Members while we go over our handbook, policies and procedures and answer any and all questions! Enrolled families will receive email notification of orientation details.
