Students are admitted to BCNS on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability. Priority enrollment consideration is given to: re-enrolling students and siblings who meet all admissions qualifications.

Fall 2024 Important Dates:

Orientation Days August 20 & August 21 While children engage in supervised play with their teachers, parents meet on site to learn about our program policies and what to expect on the first day and beyond. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and hear more about our philosophy and what makes Brush Creek so special. Enrolled families will be receiving email updates with details regarding dates and times. 

First Days of School August 22 & 23 Yay, first day! At Brush Creek we are here for the whole family and recognize that a child’s initial separation from home is a significant milestone.  Our approach is gentle and tailored to meet the needs of each child and family with the shared goal of creating a nurturing and positive first school experience. Orientation sessions offer detailed insights into the first day, and our team remains readily available to address any further questions or concerns. Please don’t hesitate to reach out as we believe communication is fundamental in our partnership with families.

1. Call to Join the Waitlist for Fall 2025 Call our office on or after April 1st for returning families and May 1st for new families.
2. Confirmation. Late January 2025 We will contact you via email confirming your interest and send a class preference form to be returned to us. You will also be invited to our Open House in March.
3. Enrollment Fee. February of 2025. We will call again to remind you, or you can send us your preference sheet. Enrollment fees are due by March 30 to hold your name on the enrollment list. See Tuition for fees.
4. Attend our Open House. March 2025. Join us at Open House (waitlist families will receive details via email) March 2025 and view the spot offered to you. From here you can choose to accept the spot for your child or pass at this time.  If accepting a spot in our program at Open House, your Enrollment Fee ($125 non-refundable) and one half month’s tuition for June is due.
   Enrollment Forms. Due August 1st. Upon notification of your acceptance, complete and return all enrollment forms by August 1st or one week prior to the first summer school session your child is attending. Your child may NOT attend the first day of school unless we have received all forms back due to State law. If you decide to withdraw your enrollment, the one half-month tuition is refundable until July 15th.
5. Early/After Care Program.  Early/After Care Program information will be given at Open House. The early/after care program is a first come first served basis. If your family will be using early/after care we advise that you turn in the contact form at your earliest convenience to ensure a spot.
6. Orientation Day. August 2025. At Orientation you will get another opportunity to visit our school and tour the facilities as well as hear directly from our Director, Teachers and Board Members while we go over our handbook, policies and procedures and answer any and all questions!
